Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email to schedule your appointment. For group consultations, we will request your questions. This ensures we focus on your highest-impact results right from the start.

If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment, you will be given a full refund. If not within this time period, you will forfeit your refund.
If you do not request to be rescheduled 48 hours before your appointment, but after, your appointment will still stand. If you miss the appointment you will be considered a missed appointment
