We have an option for you to stay at Mystic House included with your program.  If you need accommodations, this would be the most cost efficient.

There are also a number of local hotels in the area where you can also opt to stay instead. 

This process will be an intense expierence.

Aside from the teachings, we will be engaging in practices that develop your Inner Flow. 

There will be some intense physical practices, so you will want to have some basic physical fitness on your side.
